With a background spanning roles as Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer, and Management Consultant across various industries, I bring a wealth of experience in implementing effective diversity strategies.

As a recognized thought leader and author, I'm passionate about facilitating inclusive conversations and training programs that strengthen cultural fabric. I am a proud Morehouse College alum where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and a Temple University Owl where I received my Doctorate in organizational/psychology. Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm committed to coaching youth sports and spending quality time with my family.
